Supervisor Essentials Certificate Program
The Supervisor Essentials Certificate Program is open to all supervisors of staff in a supervisory position at the College of Charleston. It consists of ten (10) courses with multiple options for participation and completion. Certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all 10 courses. The Supervisor Essentials Certificate Program is only open to supervisors of staff. Non-supervisors are not permitted in this program. Courses should be completed within 18 months of hire into a supervisory position.
