Employee Training

New Employee Orientation & Compliance Training

All employees hired into regular positions are required to complete the New Employee Orientation within 30 calendar days of their first date of employment. During this session, employees receive information pertaining to college policies, benefits, and an overview of campus and the college culture.

The New Employee Orientation can be completed online anytime through CougarED.

The online program will automatically be assigned to the new employee once they are activated in the employee database.  New employees are notified via email from CougarED informing them the online orientation has been assigned to complete.
