Ed graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1993 and Master’s Degree in 1996.  Since graduation, he has held various positions in the HR field including: Employment Manager at The Citadel; HR Consultant to agencies and higher education institutions at the State Office of Human Resources; Director of Human Resources for the SC Governor’s Office; and Director of Human Resources for the SC Budget and Control Board.

Dee graduated from the College of Charleston and eventually landed back at the College as the Recruitment Specialist. Since then she has worked in various roles in human resources and was promoted to associate director in 2000.

Andrew is a native of Columbia, SC, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. While in college, he interned with the State Office of Human Resources, and subsequently worked in HR for the Dean's Office and Department of Orthopedics at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Tammy is a native of South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in English. She later furthered her education at Webster university where she obtained a Master's of Arts degree in Human Resources Development and a M.A.T. in Educational Technology. Tammy has spent the last 7 years working in the Human Resources field with various government agencies. She enjoys working with the public and educating others.
