Employee Relations

Employee Relations provides a place where both College of Charleston employees and supervisors can share personal and work related information in order to get help or advice.  Our goal is to encourage employment partnerships between College of Charleston employees and management.  We are available to advise and provide information, and make referrals to valuable resources on and off campus.

Situations may arise in which you would like advice or to talk out situations over the phone or in person.  We welcome the opportunity to help you find answers and work toward solutions.
